CBT for Insomnia

I have certification in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), an evidence based therapy for insomnia. It is great to go through this in a group setting, as it is normalizing and less isolating to meet others who struggle with similar issues, and you can learn tips and skills from others. I also believe there is so much power in doing therapeutic work in a group setting, and the energy and wisdom that can come from it. This also may be a more affordable way to learn some therapeutic skills.

Clinical Supervision Group

Clinical supervision is both so important for developing yourself as a clinician, as well as discovering who you are and what you bring as a social worker. And it is fun! Good mentorship is so important and often overlooked when you are trying to get hours and get licensed, but this is an important time to make mistakes, learn, and grow both personally and professionally. I would love to support you in this, and think that group supervision is both fun and more knowledge can be gained from the breadth of experience in this type of setting. Please contact me if interested in joining a supervision group as I am in the process of forming one.

Powerful Moms Group!

We all come to parenting with our own stories and narrative of being parented. We also come with our story of how we came to be parents. This group is geared towards moms who have survived violence in their lives and this group will provide a supportive and empowering space as women and moms and powerful beings. And to cultivate healing as to have a different story for our children.
